Our window film warranty provides coverage based on the film selected and the warranty option purchased at the time of service.

Mobile Installation Disclaimer

Installations may be performed in outdoor or customer-provided environments rather than a sealed clean room. While we take every precaution to ensure a high-quality installation, small dust particles, lint, or minor imperfections may occasionally be present in the finished film. These are considered normal within industry standards and do not affect the performance, durability, or warranty of the tint.

01 Mobile Installation Disclaimer

Our installation process is designed to provide a professional finish while accounting for the environment in which the vehicle is being serviced. Minor particles or imperfections that may occur during installation are not considered a warranty defect when they fall within normal industry standards.

02 Ceramic Film Warranty

Ceramic Film Warranty Included

All ceramic window film installations include a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and installation-related failures for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.

Bubbling
Cracking
Delamination
Adhesive Failure
Purple Fading / Abnormal Discoloration
If a covered issue occurs, we will replace the affected film at no charge for materials or labor.

03 Carbon Film Warranty

Carbon Film Warranty Optional +$50

Carbon film installations do not include a warranty unless the optional Carbon Film Warranty is purchased at the time of service for an additional $50.

Delamination
Adhesive Failure
Purple Fading / Abnormal Discoloration
When purchased, covered film will be replaced at no charge for materials or labor for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.

04 Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from the following:

Accidents, misuse, vandalism, or improper care
Scratches, cuts, chips, or abuse to the film
Damage from seatbelts, pets, cargo, or sharp objects
Electrical or defroster-line issues unrelated to film
Pre-existing glass defects or aftermarket glass issues
Minor dust, lint, or normal installation imperfections
Film installed on damaged or chipped glass
Film installed over previously tinted glass
Normal wear and tear

Warranty coverage is subject to the film type selected, any applicable warranty option purchased at the time of service, and the conditions outlined above.
