Additional charges may apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, heavy staining, biohazards, or excessive trash and debris requiring additional time and labor beyond a standard detailing service. Any applicable upcharges will be discussed with the customer prior to service.
Ceramic Coating Warranty
All ceramic coating packages include a limited warranty based on the selected coating term of 2-Year, 6-Year, or Lifetime coverage. This warranty covers manufacturer or installation-related coating failure, including loss of hydrophobic performance, peeling, delamination, or abnormal loss of gloss caused by coating failure. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, affected areas will be recoated at no charge.
To maintain warranty coverage, the vehicle must be properly maintained with regular washing and proper care. Automatic brush car washes should be avoided, and contaminants such as bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sap should be removed promptly. Vehicles with 6-Year and Lifetime coatings may require periodic maintenance inspections or services to keep the warranty active.
This warranty does not cover scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, accidents, improper washing, neglect, environmental damage, water spotting, pre-existing paint defects, repaint issues, or normal wear and tear. Ceramic coatings help protect the vehicleās surfaces but are not scratch-proof or damage-proof. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Installation Disclaimer!
Because we are a fully mobile window tinting service, installations are performed in outdoor or customer-provided environments rather than a sealed clean room. While we take every precaution to ensure a high-quality installation, small dust particles, lint, or minor imperfections may occasionally be present in the finished film. These are considered normal within industry standards and do not affect the performance, durability, or warranty of the tint.

Ceramic Film Warranty (Included)
All ceramic window film installations include a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and installation-related failures for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.
This warranty covers:
Peeling
Bubbling
Cracking
Delamination
Adhesive failure
Purple fading or abnormal discoloration
If a covered issue occurs, we will replace the affected film at no charge for materials or labor.
Carbon Film Warranty (Optional +$50)
Carbon film installations do not include a warranty unless the optional Carbon Film Warranty is purchased at the time of service for an additional $50.
When purchased, the Carbon Film Warranty provides the same limited coverage as our ceramic film warranty, including:
Peeling
Bubbling
Cracking
Delamination
Adhesive failure
Purple fading or abnormal discoloration
Covered film will be replaced at no charge for materials or labor for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, or improper care
Scratches, cuts, chips, or abuse to the film
Damage caused by seatbelts, pets, cargo, or sharp objects
Electrical or defroster-line issues unrelated to the film
Pre-existing glass defects or aftermarket glass issues
Minor dust particles, lint, or small imperfections considered normal industry standards, especially with mobile installations
Any film installed on damaged, chipped, or previously tinted glass
Normal wear and tear
