All ceramic coating packages include a limited warranty based on the selected coating term.
01 What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer or installation-related coating failure, including loss of hydrophobic performance, peeling, delamination, or abnormal loss of gloss caused by coating failure. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, affected areas will be recoated at no charge.
02 Maintaining Your Warranty
To maintain warranty coverage, the vehicle must be properly maintained with regular washing and proper care. Automatic brush car washes should be avoided, and contaminants such as bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sap should be removed promptly. Vehicles with 6-Year and Lifetime coatings may require periodic maintenance inspections or services to keep the warranty active.
03 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, accidents, improper washing, neglect, environmental damage, water spotting, pre-existing paint defects, repaint issues, or normal wear and tear.
04 Important Information
Ceramic coatings help protect the vehicle’s surfaces but are not scratch-proof or damage-proof. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
